You can maximize your enjoyment of the show and avoid any issues with Arvest Bank Theatre security by following the rules below. Accessibility Policy

Child Policy

Children younger than 12 months are admitted free into Arvest Bank Theatre at The Midland events, provided that they sit on an adult’s lap and do not occupy a seat. However some events may have different age requirements at the producer’s discretion.

Family Atmosphere Policy

The staff insist on maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere at Arvest Bank Theatre. Guests who are found to be causing discomfort to guests through aggressive, abusive, or disconcerting behavior may be asked to leave. In addition, guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence may be asked to leave or barred entry.

Late Arrival Policy

Doors open one hour before the scheduled start of the show. Guests are encouraged to plan their travel and parking arrangements accordingly. Lost and Found Policy

If you find a lost item, you may give it to an usher who will bring it to the lost and found office.

Onsite security staff can assist you with finding the lost and found for any missing items during events. After events, you may call Arvest Bank Theatre at 816-283-9900 to discuss your missing items. 

Arvest Bank Theatre does not claim responsibility for any missing items.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed at most Arvest Bank Theatre events.

  • Purses or bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12“, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind.
  • Laptops
  • Bottles, cans, thermoses, containers, flasks, plastic, metal, or glass cups.
  • Alcohol of any kind.
  • Weapons or anything that can be used as a projectile or is deemed dangerous by venue management.
  • Firearms and weapons of any type.
  • Single purpose video cameras or still-photography cameras with a lens longer than 2″.
  • Any animal with the exception of a service animal.
  • Food
  • Unopened, full water bottles (only empty bottles are allowed in the venue)
  • Laser pointers of any type, poles or rods
  • Selfie stick
  • Any other items deemed dangerous, unacceptable or inappropriate by security or venue management

Management reserves the right to prohibit items not listed above.

Smoking Rules

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Arvest Bank Theatre. There is a designated smoking area outside the theatre on 13th Street.

Venue Ticket Policy

All sales are final and refunds will not be issued. The only exceptions are in the case of event cancellations or if the venue approves a refund.

Guests may exit and re-enter the venue through the 13th street doors. Guests wishing to re-enter the venue must show proof of ticket and the appropriate hand stamp or wristband.
